Chef Audrey creates a wide range of foods  prepared from an assortment of All Natural and Organic ingredients.

Soups, Sandwiches, Wraps, European Pressed Sandwiches, Green Salads, Chicken Salads, Tuna, Salmon, Rice Dishes, Grain Dishes, Tofu, Vegetables (local when she can obtain them), and countless other dishes created through inspiration daily.

She has been professionally trained at Johnson & Wales University and has worked for Whole Foods Market Prepared Foods Department.  You will not be disappointed with what she has to offer.

The Cafe' is a place where people like to come meet their friends or dine with co-workers, enjoy the food and sit and chat or have small business meetings.

It is surrounded with an assortment of eclectic memorabilia and charming artwork.

She is available to do special orders of any size, catering, parties, platters, whatever you need!
